What permissions are required for Middleware's Auth App?
The Middleware Auth App Registration requires the ‘Monitoring Reader’ permission. This can be assigned at either the subscription or management group level, allowing Middleware to access and monitor specific Azure integrations.
Can I select specific Azure services to monitor?
Yes, you can choose which Azure services to monitor during the Configure Metric Collection step within Middleware, allowing you to tailor monitoring to your needs.
How secure is Middleware’s access to my Azure resources?
Middleware uses Azure's App Registration and the least privileged access model by requiring only the ‘Monitoring Reader’ role, ensuring secure and read-only access to your resources.
Can I set custom alerts for the Azure services I monitor?
Yes, Middleware supports custom alert configurations, allowing you to receive notifications based on specific performance thresholds or trends.
Does this integration support multi-subscription monitoring?
